Aliyah has been successful in real estate and business. She is a firm believer in giving back to the community and empowering people to achieve their dreams. In 2008, she founded Al-Kareem Foundation.

Momina has a professional background in Information Technology. However, her passion is helping individuals and making a difference in their lives. Therefore, she co-founded Al-Kareem Foundation in 2008.

Charles has a professional background in a professional background in teaching and in a wide range of writing. In the past fifteen years he has focused on intercultural and interfaith bridgebuilding, and on peace education. As the Communications Coordinator for Al-Kareem, his role is to promote public relations.

In 2009, Zachary graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Affairs of North Africa and the Middle East, and a post-graduate Certificate in Environmental Management. As the Operations Manager at Al-Kareem, his responsibilities include overseeing and implementing our projects and activities.
